  Ordering sushi by the piece on a tablet is very convenient. This place doesn't have a lot of selections on special rolls with sauce, but their quality isn't bad for what you pay for. Would front it let come back to get my sushi fix at an affordable price.
  
  Their charashi bowl is $5 for about four to five pieces of fish/ egg omelet which isn't bad at all. I like their salmon nigri, seared salmon, uni, walu white fish and hamachi belly.
  
  Their maki was good, but the rice ratio was too much. Their Snow demon roll was my favorite, real crab with walu white fish. Four pieces for $4.
  
  The interior is very simple and plain (bare walls) with tables and chairs that seats at least 25 people. It could use some walk art to liven' up the place.
  
  But like I said, you pay for what you get.
  Once you order from the tablet, the server brings out the food quite quickly. You can continue to order more if you wish and then when you're complete with your meal, you ask for the check on the tablet and the server will bring the check for you.

  This used to be one of my favorite sushi places in the bay and it's still one of the top 5 but there have been days where the quality has not been superb.
  
  The 4 things that I always get are the seared sake, smoked sake, salmon belly and tai. Each piece is only $1.45 so it's a very good value. Rolls are $2 a piece and appetizers are $5 a piece.
  
  Service is really quick and they have an ordering system through ipads at each of the tables.
  
  Since their opening, the sizes have gotten smaller and smaller. Each item is about half the size as what it was in the beginning. I used to love getting their poke but now it's probably 3 small cubes of fish and the rest is lettuce. The taste is still great but I wouldn't waste $5 dollars on it. The sashimi/nigiris are amazing about 92% of the time and when they're good, they are melt in your mouth good. 8% of the time, the fish is chewy and you have no idea if its really smoked/seared or not.

  I'm hooked!
  
  I love it, the concept, the convenience, the food, all are excellent!
  
  I especially enjoy their sakes: seared sake and smoked sake. My top two favorites and go-to. I highly recommend the sashimi pieces if you tend to gear towards salmon like myself. It's delicious and flavorful!
  
  I'm not a huge fan of sushi rolls in general; however, I did try their spicy tuna and it wasn't bad either.
  
  Overall, for the price and quality that you pay for, I would totally recommend this place!
  
  I'm definitely a fan and no doubt shall come back again and again.

  Such amazing value. My mind is still blown by how cheap it is here.
  
  I came by with a friend for dinner on a Friday evening around 8:30 and was seated immediately. It's located right off of El Camino along a random street in Millbrae.
  
  They offer a variety of Japanese dishes, but they're really known for their $1.45/piece nigiri. It's an absolute steal if you do the math in your head and compare it to nigiri prices at any other Japanese restaurant.
  
  They have a base nigiri menu for $1.45/piece, and also a specials menu of the day with slightly pricier nigiri (up to $3/piece for akaebi).
  
  My friend and I tried a variety of nigiri, but our favorite hands down was seared salmon, though the salmon belly did come as a close second. We weren't wowed by the other nigiri we tried, though we both agreed for the price it was really good. We also tried the salmon kama (collar) for $6, but it was overly dry and not that great. I recommend sticking to nigiri/sashimi; you can't go wrong!
  
  We left with our pockets a little over $30 lighter pp but with very happy stomachs. I will be back!

  Amazing sushi spot in san bruno. Its self service with the IPAD at your table side. The sushi are very cheap but the quality of the fishes were fantastic. Very fresh and buttery. Large cuts for the salmon and hamachi bellies. The appetizers were also very good. The service is super fast and the staff memebers were efficient on clearing your table and bringing out your next orders. Grest for small or large groups. Best time to go is lunch. Restaurant is medium size so i can see it getting busy at night time. Overall, great sushi, great price, superb service. Definitely a must try while in San Bruno.
